Culinary Depot was born in the heat of a school cafeteria. Working to make lunches for hundreds of kids daily, Sholem Potash saw a way to make things easier. He developed a plan to install a better kitchen for the school, one based of off his own experience in the kitchen. From there, Culinary Depot grew into the powerhouse it is today.
