Cleaning Instructions

Disconnect the electrical power to the equipment before cleaning the Wolf C36S-6BN Gas Restaurant Range. Remember to shut off the gas as well and allow the equipment to cool down. To clean the oven, remove the chrome-plated racks and wash them separately in a sink. Then, remove spillovers, grease, and other stains in the oven by wiping the surface with a soft cloth or other grease absorbing material while they are still warm. Do not wait for the stains to burn in. Clean the oven and oven door daily. 
On the other hand, use mild soap and water solution to clean the cast grates. Then, rinse them thoroughly and dry with a clean towel. After drying, season the grates lightly with liquid vegetable oil or spray-type cooking oil and replace them onto the range. This is to prevent them from rusting. Turn on all the open top sections to “LOW” setting and allow them to burn for at least 15 minutes before using. 
For routine cleaning of stainless steel, use water mixed with ordinary soap or detergent. Use a non-abrasive cleaner to remove discoloration. Also, prevent water spots and streaks by rinsing the equipment thoroughly with warm water and wiping it dry with a soft clean cloth.

The Wolf C36S-6BN Gas Restaurant Range is under the Challenger XL Series and is designed to be used with Natural Gas. It is built with (1) 35,000 BTU per hour standard oven that measures 27 inches deep, 26 3/8 inches wide, and 14 inches high. The oven features a thermostat that can be adjusted from 250 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a “LOW” setting. In addition, it is supplied with two racks, two rack guide sets, and four rack positions. Durable and easy to clean, it also showcases standard porcelain oven bottom and door panel. Meanwhile, the oven door is built with an integrated door hinge/spring mechanism that require no adjustments. It also comes with full size sheet pans that are fit side-to-side or front-to-back. 
The Wolf C36S-6BN Gas Restaurant Range has (6) open top burners that each require 30,000 BTU per hour and comes with lift-off burner heads. It also has cool-to-the-touch burner knobs to prevent burns and other injuries. Moreover, it is equipped with energy saving shrouded flash tube pilot system, which uses one pilot light per two burners. It also has heavy-duty cast grates with measurements of 12 inches x 12 1/2 inches in the front and 12 inches x 14 1/2 inches in the rear that are easy to lift off and clean. They also have a built-in aeration bowl, which is designed for greater efficiency. Furthermore, the gas range has an extra deep pull out crumb tray with welded corners for easy disposal.

Delivery Details

•	Upon receiving the Wolf C36S-6BN Gas Restaurant Range, inspect it for shipping damages. If there are any damages, immediately contact the freight carrier and have the equipment marked as “damaged” on their copy of the freight bill.
•	As with all heavy equipment, two or more people are required to lift and transport this gas range.
•	Place the gas range in a location with level surface and adequate ventilation to avoid risk of accidents.
•	Provide minimum clearance of 6 inches from the rear and 10 inches from the sides of the equipment to any combustible objects.
