Fetco produces some of the best units for a wide range of food service applications when it comes to brewing world-class coffee. On rare occasions, an error message may appear on the screen. This guide will walk you through the Fetco coffee brewer error codes on popular CBS-2031e/s and CBS-2032e/s models, allowing you to diagnose the problem as soon as possible.

How to Fix Fetco Brewer Error Codes

Heater Open: Code 201

Code 201, like error code 200, appears when the brewer calls for heat but there is no rise in temperature of at least 2 degrees Fahrenheit within 10 minutes. In this case, however, the error is disabled during the brewing cycle and when the hot water faucet is turned on.

  • How do you fix the problem? To repair or replace the heating element, contact an authorized technician.

Heater Short: Code 202

This occurs when the brewer does not request heat but the temperature rises by more than 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
