If the Rational B119106.43.202 Combi Oven/Steamer is not thoroughly cleaned, deposits of grease or food residues may cause the cooking cabinet to catch fire. It is considered a combi-steamer for its selective use of steam and hot air—separately, sequentially, or combined. It has a steam temperature of 85 to 265 degrees Fahrenheit, hot air temperature of 85 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit, and combination temperature of 85 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit. It has an overall width of 37-3/8 inches, depth of 36-1/4 inches, and height of 50-3/8 inches. It also includes feet that can be adjusted to plus or minus 3/8 inches. The equipment has the capacity to hold ten (10) half-size sheet pans with dimensions of 13 inches x 18 inches. If any damages are found, immediately make a claim about it with the freight carrier and have the product marked as “damaged” on their copy of the freight bill. • Lift and transport the unit with two or more people. Use of a lift gate is recommended if a loading dock is not available. • Place the equipment on a sturdy and safe location with a level surface. • To facilitate servicing, leave a minimum of 18 to 20 inches clearance on the left-hand side of the unit. Also, provide a minimum clearance of 14 inches if there is a close high temperature heat source. If there are none, a gap of 2 inches from all sides should be enough.
