Cleaning Instructions

Clean off any lubricant or substance residue resultant of manufacturing before putting the LBC Bakery Equipment KM-80T Spiral Dough Mixer to use. Detach the bowl, shields, and accessories and place them in a basin full of hot, soapy water for a few minutes. Wipe vigorously at the exterior using a mild, antibacterial soap applied on a soft, damp sponge. Tilt back the motor head to clean underneath it and down the shaft. Utilizing a high-torque, dual-stage belt drive system with a non-slipping, silent configuration, it promotes a better working environment for workers. Dual-speed, reversible dough hook work in tandem with a reversible bowl drive motor for fast emulsification of ingredients. Dual upper bowl guide bearings allow for consistent operations that yield up to 80 kilograms of pizza or bagel dough.

Covering safety and security on all fronts, the LBC Bakery Equipment KM-80T Spiral Dough Mixer’s controls feature a two-speed, dual reduction system for the bowl and motor drives. Inconsistencies in quality are mitigated by a manual back-up control, while a 60-minute timer with auto-speed change prevents overmixing of ingredients. An automatic over-current protection and an emergency stop button are also provided to prevent injuries. These controls are conveniently mounted on the front of the unit for easier access, servicing, and maintenance.
