I worked with Culinary Depot as an Owner's Representative at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The total project cost was approximately $18M.

I was extremely satisfied with the service received by CD and would definitely recommend them for future projects.

I worked directly with Neil Posen, project manager, and found him to be well organized and attentive to our needs. The subcontractors chosen were competent and very efficient and the project was finished on schedule. Field conditions and slight changes will always arise in a large project and Culinary Depot was extremely accommodating and offered the right solutions.

I look forward to working with Culinary Depot on future projects.

I was in search of a new refrigerator and I was shopping around until I came across Culinary Depot. They offered great prices and excellent customer service. Bella was able to answer my questions and provide prompt, courteous service. The next time that I'm in need of equipment I will definitely be calling Culinary Depot again. Thanks!

I would like to share my excellent experience with Culinary Depot. I was calling on behalf of the dietary department that was in dire need for a conveyor toaster for our hospital. Culinary Depot was more than happy to talk to me, get me the make and model of what my needs were, and give me the best deal. Their great customer service made me want to do business with them in the future. Bella, the customer service representative even followed up and made sure I had everything I needed. They are definitely worth a call if you are in the market for anything culinary in nature.

I insisted that Judy send me your contact information so that I could send this note to you to recognize the extraordinary customer service provided by Judy on a recent purchase. Not only did she take a list of questions that were not addressed in the jacket....she contacted the manufacturer to confirm correct answers and conveyed them clearly and succinctly. To make this situation even more impressive, I had a very short time frame for delivery....and this woman stayed true to her word and monitored and revised the plan from home the next day....for several; hours...not minutes....which in today's world....was like finding a diamond on the sidewalk. I have no idea about your rewards and recognition programs...but certainly this woman did an exemplary job and deserves recognition for it. Bottom line...I have the unit and not yet unboxed it because I was compelled to say THANK YOU and JOB WELL DONE before going any further

I would like to recommend Michael L and Culinary Depot for the outstanding work completed here at Albany County Corrections. Culinary Depot supplied and installed 6 walk-in cooler, 4 steam kettles, 6 fryers, 2 combi-ovens and a large Hobart tray washer. Michael and his staff were very aware of our needs of coordination of each piece of equipment during our rehab of our kitchen. The complete job was completed on time and under budget. By ac-eomplishing the under budget portion, ACCF was able to purchase and install an ice machine, and 2 large reach-in coolers.

In thirty plus years in the facility management, I can say the Culinary Depot has been one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with.

Bought few merchandiser and other item from culinary depot got the best price ever my sale agent Moshe Potash went far and beyond to help me get the best deal he gave me the best customer service ever I would definitely recommend culinary depot and Moshe Potash as your sale agent. Thanks for the best deal and best customer service. I would definitely buy again from them.

I have to let you know that I was amazed by the professionalism of your workers today when they removed the old Vulcan cooking lineup from my restaurant IL Portico.

This equipment was installed over 25 years ago, ironically by an employee that works for you.

Your 2 workers came here and quickly disassembled the equipment in record time, and the truck arrived just in time when they were ready to load, such great scheduling, I can’t even believe it, it was more efficient than any computer, that the truck didn’t have to wait until the equipment was taken outside.

I have full confidence in your company to install my new VULCAN lineup.

I bought a Baker's Pride Pizza oven from Culinary Depot on ebay; (I had promised myself to discontinue purchasing expensive items on ebay, because of ebay's lack of quality customer service). I bought the oven anyway. When the oven arrived a short time later, I inspected the contents and everything appeared fine. By the time I was ready to use the oven (about 4 weeks later) both ceramic decks were broken. The cause of the broken decks will forever be a mystery. I contacted Culinary Depot for a cost of replacing the broken decks. Michelle from Culinary Depot not only responded right away, she got me two replacement ceramic decks at no charge. Customer service better than it should be...Thanks, Michelle.

All but one small item from the order have arrived and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. The main thing on the order was the Lodge sizzler plates and holders and they are great! I appreciate receiving tracking info for each package in the order.

I was happy the quick response and follow-up when I called with difficulty getting the checkout. If not for the prompt response, I would have abandoned the order.

As a Field Engineer for Turner Construction at the Medgar Evers College ABl Project, I had the pleasure of working with Culinary Depot. Culinary Depot's scope consisted of providing and installing the kitchen equipment in the Cafeteria of this approximately $150M project. The contract value for Culinary Depot's work was approximately $XXX,000.

Michael L (Project Manager) served as the project manager. I found him to be attentive and organized. The subcontractors he chose to use, particularly for the walk in boxes and stainless steel counters, were very competent and efficient in their work. As field conditions arose, both Michael and his subcontractors were willing to compromise and come to solutions to advance the job.

Our boiler was compromised during the holidays. We support 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, this was very inconvenient to our culinary staff and facility, however, the Culinary Depot, was supportive and efficient in getting our replacement boiler up and running in an extraordinary timely manner.
