Great Rinse Unit
I purchased this item not for commercial use, but for residential use. I selected this item for its spray unit's low flow feature. The spray unit provides a strong spray without using much water at all. However, the downside to this is that there is quite a bit of misting that gets all over the counter and backsplash when using the spray this way. Initially I was concerned that the unit would be too tall, but because of its smaller size it works great in a medium sized residential kitchen. The design appears to be well engineered with all of the replaceable parts. It has only been in use for a few weeks so far so I cannot speak to it's durability. The pot filler gives ample amounts of water and really allows pots to be filled very rapidly. If one is considering this unit for residential use, keep in mind that the two handles that control hot and cold will block you from using the two holes that are predrilled in most residential sinks for anything like a filtered water dispenser or a soap dispenser and new holes will need to be drilled.
