With a temperature that ranges from 150-500°F, this convection oven features a 1/2 HP two-speed fan in each baking chamber. These fans can recirculate heated air or rapidly cool down the baking chambers.
Energy Star-qualified, this machine uses less energy than similar ovens and can help decrease operation costs. The double-deck oven utilizes electronic spark igniters and uses 100,000 BTUs per hour (50,000 per oven).
Constructed with corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this gas convection oven is durable and includes porcelain enamel on its steel interior. The unit also comes with five nickel-plated oven racks and a 3/4” rear gas connection.
