The S36D S-Series 36” 6-Burner Restaurant Range Oven from South Bend is suitable for commercial foodservice applications. It comes with a 26" x 26.5" x 14" standard oven base and one oven rack and can hold sheet pans that fit side-to-side or front-to-back. The 35,000 BTU standard oven with snap-action thermostat allows temperature control in the range of 175 to 550° F. All four sides and top are insulated with heavy, self-supporting block-type rock wool with oven baffle assembly. The front, sides, and removable shelf are made from stainless steel.This unit comes with six open, U-shaped, heavy-duty, non-clogging burners with lifetime warranty and metal knobs with red stripe. For safety, the oven comes factory installed with a pressure regulator and is equipped with a flame failure safety device.
