The WVO-4HF VCS 2000 Ventless Cooking System with Convection Oven Base & 9” French Style Hot Plate Cook Tops from Wells is a certified Type-1 compliant, UL710B approved recirculation hood system. It features completely self-contained air filtration and fire-suppression systems and does not require venting outside, making it possible to cook in nontraditional locations or when traditional Type-1 hoods and ductwork are impractical, restricted, or too expensive. The cooking system is integrated with hood and cooking equipment in one, ready-to-use package. The completely self-contained 4-stage filtration process reduces emissions below NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B standards using the EPA 202 test method.

The cooking system has a convection oven base with solid-state programmable controls and a two-speed fan. The stainless steel construction ensures strength, durability, and ease of cleaning. It also includes four 9” French style hot plates that are independently regulated by infinite controls with positive off positions. The interlock system will disable cooking appliances if filters are missing or clogged or in the event of fire.
