Equipped with 2 burners that deliver up to 84,000 BTU/hr, this infrared broiler will quickly brown meat perfectly on the outside while retaining its juices and flavor inside. With burners located above the food, this over-fired broiler is a great buy for steakhouses to cook up those scrumptious steak and meat dishes. The broiler’s steel cooking grid is drawer-mounted and topped with a handle to allow for easy pull-out access.


Its height-adjustable shelf lets you raise the shelf closer to the burners to cook a thinner cut of steak. Thanks to individual burner controls, the grid’s temperature can be adjusted in sections so you can cook the meat rare to medium rare on one side and medium or well on the other side.


Grease containment is no big deal for this broiler as it comes with a full-width grease deflector and a large, front-mounted grease container, and a 3-sided perimeter grease trough with a drop to grease receptacle. The grid is enclosed in an insulated cabinet and mounted on a 25-inch high stainless steel modular stand that allows it to be placed even on a combustible floor.
