The commercial cabinet’s patented Insulation Armour™ excels at retaining heat and conserving energy. Available in red, blue, or gray, the insulation is cool-to-the-touch to ensure staff safety. Its durable polymer construction prevents dents and stains.
Constructed with an aluminum exterior, this Metro C539-CFS-U cabinet uses less electricity than similar units and helps decrease operating costs. Its solid polycarbonate door ensures durability, and a forced-air heating system provides fast heat-up and recovery. The full-size cabinet has an easy-to-read thermometer and can be set for up anywhere from 80-200°F.
Measuring 71"H x 27.63"W x 31.50"D, this Metro cabinet has universal wiring and can hold a maximum of (18) 18” x 26” sheet pans or (34) 12” x 20” steam table pans. Boasting (4) 5” casters, this mobile heated cabinet also has vertical handles and is ideal for caterers, cafeterias, or dining halls.
