This Alto-Shaam 750-TH-II cook and hold oven is ideal for cooking, roasting, reheating, and holding food. Capable of holding (4) 20" x 12" x 6" pans, (6) 20" x 12" x 4" pans, or (10) 20" x 12" x 2-1/2" pans, this EcoSmart slow cooker emits less grease-laden air than U.L. established standards.

 

Boasting easy-to-use on/off switches and temperature knobs, this unit also has exterior indicator lights and a timer. Utilizing a Halo Heat System that uses less energy than conventional ovens, the cook and hold oven provides consistent, radiant heat. This means there are no hot or cold spots inside the oven, which reduces product shrinkage and ensures your food is cooked evenly.

 

With an exterior made of durable 20-gauge stainless steel, this 240V slow cook oven is designed for long-term commercial use. Bottom-mounted 3-1/2" casters enable effortless mobility. Featuring an exterior digital display, the unit’s cooking temperature ranges from 200-325°F, and its holding temperature from 60-205°F. Its door has magnetic locks, and its handles boast antimicrobial additives that ensure optimal food safety.

 

This low-temperature unit has a 100 lb. capacity and features two chrome-plated side racks that are spaced at 1-3/8" centers. This Alto-Shaam 750-TH-II cook and hold oven measures 26-5/8"W x 31-5/8"D x 33-3/8"H and comes equipped with (3) stainless steel wire shelves, a stainless steel drip pan with drain, and an external drip tray.
