This 41" Electric Convection Oven (BCO-E1) is part of the Cyclone Series, a collection of high-powered commercial ovens with a completely unique 2-speed double fan and simple rotary controls. This basic full-size single unit is constructed entirely of stainless steel, making it virtually rust- and corrosion-free throughout years in a stressful food service environment. The unit is fully insulated to ensure a quick-heating and consistent temperature and the glass doors of the unit are double paned with thermal technology to ensure that the heating compartment is fully contained while allowing you to see into the interior. On the inside, 5 racks can be positioned onto any of the 11 rack guides for a completely versatile unit.
