This 48-inch option features 8 burners, each of which is individually controlled for optimal cooking power. The grates are made from cast iron to support heavy pans and stock pots, and the back burners are raised to provide an uneven cooking surface. The exterior of the unit is constructed from stainless steel, a heavy-duty material that will not rust or corrode over years in an intensive work environment.
