This 24-inch option features 4 burners, each of which is individually controlled for optimal cooking power. The grates are made from cast iron to support heavy pans and stock pots, and are leveled on a smooth plane to allow pans to slide across the surface. The exterior of the unit is constructed from stainless steel, a heavy-duty material that will not rust or corrode over years in an intensive work environment.
