The Top-Load Food Pan Carrier is a remarkably durable top-loading food pan carrier from Cambro. This carrier is made from corrosion-resistant, sturdy polyethylene that looks fantastic while standing up to even heavy, everyday use, and it can accommodate three full size, 2½ inch deep pans, two full size, four inch deep pans or one full size, six or eight inch deep pan. The thick foam insulation and removable, airtight gasket ensure that if the temperature of the contents of the pan starts at 189°F, it will only fall to 175°F after a whopping four hours, and for cold foods, if the starting temperature is 33°F, it will only rise to 36.5°F after a full four hours which is remarkably handy for any caterer. Sure to fit any style, this carrier is available in eight color options. |
