A ceramic hearth deck within the oven efficiently conducts heat throughout the compartment, which is further facilitated by an aluminized steel interior. The unit is only 33 inches in depth so it can fit in virtually any location and still deliver a high volume of food products. This oven is perfect for startup operations that do not have much space but want to maintain the option of expanding since it can be stacked up to 3 ovens high, each with individual operating top and bottom burners.
